​​Vacancy Announcement: Employment Coordinator​​

Veterans Place is looking for an employment professional to provide our homeless Veteran clients with job search assistance, resume coaching and other employment and finance related training.  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Vocational Rehabilitation or a related field required.  Experience working with ex-offenders and other individuals with barriers to employment preferred. Experience with vocational rehabilitation programs preferred.  Veterans preferred.

In order to apply for the Employment Coordinator vacancy, you will be required to provide a number of documents, which are listed below:

  3. Essay Response to the following question:

In 1000 words or less, please explain what you believe is the best approach to developing and/or identifying job placement opportunities for individuals who have barriers to employment.  For purposes of this example, these barriers may be mental, physical or socioeconomic.
